WHAT WE DO

Only Miracles members are shown how to uncover, discover and discard

their behaviors and past traumas starting with where they come from.

We are helping form safer communities for everyone by building hope

& bringing comfort through reform and transformation.

What We Do:

  • Weekly Virtual Meetings via Zoom Wednesday at 7pm PT.

    • Each meeting is 75 minutes.

    • Each week, we either host a guest speaker who shares their experience, strength, and hope, or we dive into a meaningful topic that sparks deep reflection and honest conversation.

    • Our Zoom meetings create a welcoming, judgment-free space where people impacted by incarceration can connect, feel heard, and find encouragement on their journey of healing and growth, no matter where they are.

  • This is an open meeting to all those currently or formerly incarcerated, as well as those having lived a life of crime. Family and loved ones are welcome to join. We believe recovery is a family journey, and welcome all family members and close loved ones to join our Zoom meeting.

  • Only Miracles leads a 16-week cohort inside our nation’s correctional facilities, using our original curriculum designed to inspire personal growth, accountability, and transformation.

  • Through guided discussions, self-reflection, and connection, we help participants develop the tools and mindset needed to heal, rebuild, and prepare for a positive future, both inside and beyond the prison walls.

  • At the end of the 16-weeks, the graduates receive certificates of completion, personalized support letters from Only Miracles, and earn credits towards the reduction of their sentences.

“We open ourselves up to love and a sense of community.”

— Elisabeth Weinstock

“Only Miracles was different from other groups because Elisabeth's raw, gritty, and down to earth approach was not only relatable but it opened the group up and allowed us to be ourselves. The group created a safe space for us to laugh, cry, yell, and express ourselves, no other group has nurtured that type of authenticity and I've took close 35 other self help classes.

I learned that miracles happen everyday, the miracle of life, love, opportunity, and waking up in the morning. All these things are reasons to be grateful and reasons to want to be our best self's.

The group helped me to process my past experiences in a way I never knew possible. I now look at my past mistakes and trauma as a part of my journey that I survived. I need to be grateful that I survived those things and respect the fact that those things made me who I am today.

If another incarcerated person asked me about Only Miracles, I would tell them the group was a amazing experience. It is a place where you can be your authentic self and grow in knowledge about yourself. The group offers individuals the opportunity to learn and grow into a better version of themselves.”

The Future of Only Miracles?

At Only Miracles, our homes are thoughtfully designed with a modern aesthetic, shared responsibilities, and a deep sense of purpose. Every resident plays a role in the upkeep of the home through assigned housekeeping tasks, encouraging ownership and community pride. Weekly in-house Only Miracles meetings provide a safe and supportive space for emotional healing, personal growth, and connection.

Residents are met with compassion, not judgment, and are guided through the difficult transition from incarceration with consistent emotional support, peer mentorship, and tools for inner transformation. We are nurturing the internal foundation needed for individuals to rebuild their lives and become positive, contributing members of society. Only Miracles is more than a program, it’s a pathway to a stronger, more compassionate community.
